Fix the infrastructure of the town first. Our roads, intersections, bridges & are in dire need of repairs. There is too much traffic as it is now in town, when it takes 30 minutes to go 4 miles morning and afternoon it's too much. I haven't even touched on what it'll do to the town services, Fire, Police, DPW, & Schools. Time to stop the building madness and get a handle on things, before it completely destroys this town.

I lived in the town center of Natick for years and I'm sad to see such a nice small quaint town being destroyed by big developments where there's no room in the schools on the streets or parking in general for such an expansion.

A lifelong resident that loves this community. We don't need more condos. Let's do something wonderfully creative with this property. How about an art and music museum? So many creative folk in town. It would highlight the wonderful creative culture that has made Natick so special and unique.

I disagree wholeheartedly with this proposal. Natick just built a huge development right outside Natick Center on North Main Street to add additional housing. Why not improve upon the empty storefronts that already exist in Natick Center? Not only would this proposal destroy the integrity and historical charm of the town, but it would cause HUGE traffic issues on a main thoroughfare, not to mention what has already impacted the closure of Marion Street. I do not support this project at all.

2016 budget is already insufficient. Mo more development until a solid plan is developed that generates more revenue than expenditure per resident. Also need to respect the integrity and character of the Natick Center Historic & Cultural District.

It's your responsibility as town reps to do exactly that...represent the residents. The residents say NO!!!

Too big, too dense. Would better serve rehabbing building to elderly/disabled housing. Big need, fewer cars, easy access to services.

This is no use to Natick right now with modera opening soon and the amount of residents already in Natick. It's a very busy TOWN not fit for this CITY lifestyle and complexes like such, it will only create more pollution, crowdedness, traffic, and disrupt the neighborhood around west central, build this somewhere else!!!

The project seems well thought out with affordable housing, elderly housing, retail and a very smart parking plan. The tax revenue to the town should be helpful for the schools and services. The options available to Stonegate of re-opening the school or assisted living would have a far greater impact.
All the comments about congestion are current situations that exist without any use of the current site. Why not work toward a positive re-use and understand the site is going to be something and not idle forever.
