Please Stop the Development Plan at 45 E. Central St

I strongly oppose the current development for 45 E. Central Street in Natick. Our town and schools cannot handle this new development.

Please, please please do not build this or anything like it.

I'm still very angry that we turned down the retirement community on 27 yet continue to allow these huge impersonal developments adding more traffic and killing the look and feel of our old time hometown. These developments are taking our pretty and tranquil turn of the century town center and turning it into a crowded anywhere USA. It is very difficult to get out of the Walnut Hill area going East or anywhere on 27 and this will only make things worse. Please stop allowing these soul sucking cookie cutter developments!

Stonegate, this may just be a business opportunity to you, but this is where we LIVE! Don't ruin our community!

The petition says so much. Let's preserve Natick Center, and absorb all of the newly built housing and kids that will come along with it. The schools are tight (I know, I have two kids in elementary). I oppose this construction plan.

This town is already to big as it is. Traffic is heavy enough especially through the downtown area. Our school system is already overpopulated. Enough is enough. There needs to be a stop to all this new housing developments in Natick!!!

it feels like two things are out of control: runaway development of dense housing, and runaway giant leaps in property taxes. my hometown is disappearing.....

I counted more than 15 multi-unit housing complexes in downtown Natick. As it is you can't get down route twenty seven. The traffic backs up from Bacon street to route 135. The story that there aren't any places for the elderly to downsize is ridiculous. There are three new complexes on North Ave and two on South ave. The thirty nine unit building proposed for the old Town Paint property on Main Street is overkill.It seems the feeling is just to squeeze as many people as possible in as little space as possible. This is changing Natick's personality and will lower the property values of the homes in town. A great percentage of the people moving in to these properties are are short term transients. Natick needs over fifty five housing ,but not in a place that will impede the movement within town or ruin an established neighborhood. What can we do? It seems that the people in control are not listening and more have to come forward with their concerns.

Fix infrastructure and schools before allowing even more overcrowding of Natick.
