I live on Wilson street, and I know for a fact that there is absolutely no room for this development to happen. There is already an obscene amount of traffic both on east and west central street, and a high number of cars going down both Lincoln, Wilson, and Sherman street. Absolutely nothing positive will come out of this development, as the amount of traffic and inconvenience it will bring to the neighborhood is unbelievably negative.

I agree that this project is so overwhelming that it will diminish the personality and atmosphere of Natick's character and landscape.

thats a terrible place to do that they dont need any high end living here i know people that have lived in those neighborhoods for years

If housing units need to be built in that neighborhood, the bricks should be used to blend in with the other Natick buildings. Senior housing would be a better fit for that location! I do not agree with this horrendous proposal ... Natick is loosing the Town charm.

Natick does not need more apartments. Natick does not need more condos. Natick needs businesses (read restaurants) that provide services and a tax base as well. Downtown Natick needs decent restaurants. Not more apartments or condos to add more students to overburdened schools.

You all haven't even given the project a chance and you're jumping on the bandwagon and saying you disapprove of the development. Think of it this way, the property hasn't brought any tax dollars to the town for decades because it was owned by a non-profit organization in the Roman Catholic Church, but this development will provide money to the town in property tax dollars.

Developments like this are turning a town into a city, it is not sustainable and needs to be scaled to something matching the character of what got the real estate values to where they are now.

There has been talk that by 2020, the High School will require trailers to be able to support the fast growing student population. Meaning the brand new high school is already out of date because we keep allowing for this massive urban sprawl to occur in Natick. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!

This week the news is reporting about a fox or coyote attack here in town, and while it seems to be such an urgent matter, the fact that urban sprawl has gone out of control for people as well as animals seems to be under reported. More residents, more cars, more more more. Something's gotta give!
