Way too many highrisers going up...constantly driving by older houses and new builds that haven't sold...why add more??? Especially downtown. .traffic is bad now..and it's changing our town..no more sweet quiet natick.

The center of Natick is the heart of the town, why would you ever want to flood it with condominius and apartments. BAD IDEA!

Natick is overpopulated as it is, it takes 25 minutes to make it all the way down route 27. No need to make the problem worse.

I believe a project of this scope will over-burden the downtown area and stress the town's infrastructure. Please, please consider what you are doing to our lovely town! Surely there are better ways to re-purpose the St Patrick's School without creating more congestion. The town is already struggling. I can't help but feel that the greed factor is at work here.

The Cathelic church should urgently examine what they have
Burdened the very members of their church with. More than ten units will negatively impact the values of single family homes in the surrounding streets. If not now but when the condo bubble inevitably bursts. The powers that be in this town are thinking short sighted. I'll leave it that!

The Town of Natick and its construction has gotten so out of control, this just another mistake in the making. Leave the downtown area as is, don't add more than it can handle.

The scale of the proposed project is not consistent with the neighborhood. Rehabilitation/renovation of the current St. Patrick's school building with its current street set-back is greatly preferred with two story homes on Lincoln and Sherman. This is consistent with the neighborhood and with much less stress on an already congested road system.

Besides all the other comments that have been made which I agree with, i.e. over congestion, overbuilding of a quaint but vibrant downtown area, etc., I am deeply concerned about the traffic impact. There are times during the day now when the traffic coming down E. Central to Rt. 27 is backed up for 4 or 5 light cycles. The row of additional traffic from this project will exacerbate that greatly. Also it will discourage the use of the commons, the library, and other great downtown amenities because people will not want to have to deal with the traffic.

Congestion in downtown Natick and between the downtown area and major traffic routes is already unacceptable. The overbuilding of residences in the downtown area is adversely impacting the quality of life in our community. Any future projects must be shown to have a positive impact on the quality of life of Natick residents.

As a former, but fairly recent, resident of Lincoln St I am disturbed that a project of this magnitude is being considered for this space. It would fundamentally change the character of the neighborhood, not to mention the multitude of projected and unseen impacts it would make to the residents, community, and traffic. I fail to understand the direction of the planning board for Natick: is their plan for Natick and Natick Center to become a high-density community? Are they aware of what Natick is becoming with all of their multi-unit approvals? The town will fundamentally change if the planning board's actions continue.
I am also very disappointed that St Patrick Parish chose to complete this transaction without any involvement from their abutters and community. I have never considered God to be greedy.
The over development of Natick must end.

No more developments with out doing impact studies and getting approval from the town residents. We are affected by these changes and do not like the way these developments are affecting our town, our schools, traffic flow, etc..
