Please Stop the Development Plan at 45 E. Central St

Project is too much for downtown Natick!

Way to much is going on, finish one project first and let things settle.

I understand Natick has to grow to flourish, however how about some more commercial businesses vs residential? I can not condone this project unless there is a plan to rehab our schools and account for the children who will be living in these residents so our schools do not become more crowded. In addition, traffic patterns need to be addressed. Traffic is becoming as horrendous as Newtons, which is why I moved out of there!

Enough! Not appropriate for these downtown side streets!

Stop the overspending and overbuilding in Natick!!! We lost our quaint Town of Natick. The gridlock is horrendous as it is!

Stop the madness

No building in downtown.

I do not want this any way to much for out street. an neighborhood this is a old neighborhood and the town does not need this.

I oppose the proposed construction project, as it will place additional stress on a very crowded school system, as well as place additional demands on town services, not to mention that this would take away from the charming and beautiful character of downtown Natick.

I oppose the construction of this project because it is far too large for this residential neighborhood. It would be too congested for the downtown area.

This plan is too big and too much and in the wrong location! The school building should have been bought by the town to be used for something that actually benefits the town. 54 high-end condos?? Natick does not need that or the traffic and congestion that go with it. Wilson St and Lincoln Streets are part of a quiet neighborhood of antique single and two-family houses. No matter what decorations are put on top of it, huge monolithic buildings will never fit into this neighborhood. This location and its connection to downtown cannot support that many people or buildings that big. Town meeting members, please do not give them the zoning change needed to implement this mortifying development.

To the Town's Planning Board and Community Development: It appears that most of the Townspeople are unhappy with the scale and pace of development that you are responsible for managing. Please get your priorities in line with the well being of Natick before it is too late!

I believe in density and smart growth, but I am not sure this is smart.

come on !! Having 3 generations living in that town. I see it very quickly losing its charm. This is just forcing people to pay more taxes and even having to move out because of the taxes. When Is it ever going to end.? Downtown Natick is already too congested.

This along with other planned housing in downtown will make the downtown way too crowded

too many condos and no resolution for even more traffic issues

I grew up in natick and they are destroying the old small town feeling

we have no space in our schools!
