Natick cannot have this. The schools are over crowded, the roads are constantly backed up and emergency personal are stretched too thin.

This is NOT progress, either was "The Collections at Natick", another smoke and mirror trick to make Natick more like Chestnut Hill

Natick is being turned into a jammed up, overcrowded town with absolutely no thought from the town planning board. Don't they live here too?? Please preserve the nature of beautiful Natick and develop RESPONSIBLY.

This is completely getting out of control! The roadways in what was once "quaint" Natick are already clogged up. When will my fellow citizens realize that this is only all about greed?? Including our local, elected officials !!

Are you kidding me? You can't get around Natick as it is! Fix the friggin bridge, fix the pot holes in East Natick they look like we live in poverty over here! We pay taxes and they do nothing to improve our area! Then you are putting in sidewalks on both sides of Pine Srteet! Those poor homeowners that are losing their land'. That road is to narrow to have them on both sides! Who's bright idea was that!

It already takes 10-20 minutes to get through downtown. Enough!!

Traffic is bad enough. Rt27 has 138 units. South Ave condos. The new high school is already projected not to have enough room Stop it, we are overcrowded

While I support trying to do something with a vacant building more residential condos is not what we need. Why can't we use this space to develop more room for small businesses and restaurants and encourage that type of growth that can better serve the community rather just relying on big box/chains on rte 9
