This project is the last thing Natick needs. There's already way too much development going on. Enough already!

The development depicted in this concept does not serve the town of Natick nor its immediate neighborhood. The buildings would overwhelm the site, and a project of this density would further burden town schools and services already challenged by recent developments, and exacerbate an already trying traffic situation, particularly at peak hours. It is, quite simply, over the top.

This is clearly a backroom handshake deal between the church and a undisclosed contractor. The church is greedy and selfish. That school building could be easily used to help provide education for kids in need.
Luxury condos for who? There are no luxury shops in down town Natick that would stay here long enough to survive. There are plenty of unrented second floor spaces ALLREADY here.
Terrible idea.

As a resident of Lake St., right around the corner from Moderna (Mill Creek), I can attest to the misery of living in a building site and watching my neighborhood change dramatically. We moved here for the quiet streets, good schools and beautiful old houses. Let's take a step back from this development craze and figure out growth that works for the residents of this town.
