I agree, this would bring too much congestion to the area and there are tons of residential homes there, please find a better place!

not sure who the town planner/planners is for Natick but certainly is failing miserable. The town is struggling as it is with traffic and congestion at all hours of the day. Not to mention the burden on the schools

Natick center does not need more condos. Natick center has more than enough surrounding residents to provide ample business to the center's businesses. Rt 135 and the Natick train stop are congested enough during current commuting times.

This onslaught of multi-unit projects is now out of control. It is essential for Natick to create a multi-year plan designed for responsible growth. The traffic and overcrowded schools are already having a negative effect on town residents. Property developers are asking for approval of projects that are substantially above zoning requirements. It's time for Natick residents to play a role in the Town's future.

Please stop all of the big developments! natick's infrastructure is already stretched too thin and the schools are over crowded.

They are already building module classrooms and placing children in Libraries as temporary classrooms until the schools are able to accommodate the children currently enrolled. Our schools cannot handle this development.

It's already too congested. We have to be realistic about the our infrastructure and whether or not we can handle this. I can't imagine how given the demands this will generate.
