As it stands, there will not be enough room in the newly built Natick High School once this year's First Graders get there. Natick is NOT fiscally prepared for this explosion in population! Please, please, Please put a moratorium on new building & renovation permits for MUTLIFAMILY homes and delevlopments.

The concerns in this petition are clear. I am most concerned about the burden of recent development on our schools. The new high school can barely keep up with current need, and that is before taking into account the apartment complex built near Home Depot, as well as the new development on the site of the old paper recycling plant. Let's be responsible about what this building means to the long term sustainability of Natick!

First Natick Collection (215 units) Then Avalon Apartments (405 units). Then Cloverleaf Apartments (407 units). Then South Natick Hills (268 units). Then the units on South Ave. Then Modera Natick Center (164 units). And countless more in recent years. There's proposed apartments above commercial space in the old Town Paint site. Now this. Our schools are overcrowded, our roads congested, our community culture threatened by overdevelopment. Patrick Reffet and Town Planners, when will it stop?

Natick, at its core is a small community that is being overrun by over zealous developers who are trying to capitalize on prime real estate rather than consider the overall health and benefit of the town we have grown up in.

Absolutely too much growth in Natick and not enough consideration for traffic, schools, police force, fire department and other essentials for the town. Why has so many condos/apartments been allowed with out more input from the tax payers of the town. It is getting out of hand and needs to be addressed ASAP. To the persons doing this petition, when will you call a meeting so that we can organize and get some local input into this bulging situation?
