Rodney and Jamie Blum are the residents but since we still own the trust and the email was sent to us, we are voting. The Blums agree also.

In addition to the financial concerns and legal concerns, the current Vecinos have made changes to procedures over the years without membership vote, and has not answered any questions satisfactorily. There is no reason to not create a new homeowners association of which ALL Cholla homeowners can be a part.

I have no idea, why an antiquated board, that obviously is at the root of so much ill will, would not step down. What is in for you to stay in a position of contention? An HOA doesn't work for Cholla. We need a new updated system aligned with compemporay needs. Step down and move on. There is nothing getting accomplished with your continued malice toward half the community.

After revealing huge deposits and withdrawals, thru the years you were allowed to see the monthly statements, the existing board, especially Dugan, were grossly negligent by NEVER looking at a bank statement, or they were a part of the theft. Do the honorable thing and step down. There is no defense to justify the negligence!

I think it is the time for the most of the existing board members step down.

Our HOA failed us worse than we ever imagined. Out with the old, in with the new.
