We have lost all confidence in the current HOA board. It’s time for them to step down and replaced by new leadership.

The old illegal. HOA board is an embarrassment, and while I don’t know if an illegal board can actually resign something that is not recognized as legal, I encourage them to immediately do so, so that is expedite the process of establishing an honest and legal homeowners association.

$170,000.00 lost due to the incompetence of Mike Dugan and current board. Their shame should tell them to get out, allow a new legal HOA to begin immediately.
