My 2nd grader is struggling to grasp this multi strategy convoluted approach to simple basic subtraction and after two days of instructions at home can subtract 2 digit number problems. ( 73- 46= ) 20 times faster than Common Core

Common Core Standards are detrimental to NH students. They are designed to dumb-down our students and leave them leading a life of "Welcome to Walmart, would you like a cart?" due to a lack of basic math and reading skills!
Governor Sununu - You promised to repeal Common Core Standards, so what is the hold up? Please do so promptly, for the sake of our students who are paying a big price for legislative inaction.

The ideological subversion of our children's curriculum needs to end. We need transparency in our public schools.

Listen to the people! This is the root of anxiety, struggle, depression and even aggression and bullying in some cases in school. It’s loss of joy and eventually all hope. Our neuro-diverse kids are also being grossly mistreated by having this. They cannot adapt to this programming.

My son is in first grade and just started this math. I am a commercial carpenter and would not be able to do my job had I have learned math this way.
