Please sign this petition to get New Hampshire out of Common Core standards.

Quite a drop in our nations ranking versus world rankings. Why would our teachers not take a stand for our children? I've tried talking to my daughters teachers and they are so apathetic saying there is nothing they can do. So sad for our kids.

Personally I think the schools should take advantage of our 10th amendment rights to nullify this totally. An unconstitutional law is no law at all. Simply stop using it countrywide. (As the great Nancy Reagan once said: "Just Say No"). What are they gonna do? Fire you all?

"COMMON" CORPS is ROTTEN to itself!

It is not just common core that is the problem is not teaching the kids that there is more to book learning. Life skills are lacking and the no child left behind is awful, staying back or receiving or going to resource room with not a bad thing it give kids the help they needed and encouragement.

CC$$ has been an epic fail as evidenced by the decline in the quality post-high school (public school) colleges that students are being accepted to, the increase in the community college or two-year college attendances, and the fewer ivy league or even state universities that students are going on to attend. Stop experimenting with my kids! Go back to better standards that work and that are proven - like MA Standards.

My child has ADHD and is failing at math because of common core I have had to send him to live with a relative and he is noe thriving without it.

Common core needs to be out of EVERYTHING

Please, please, please...let's get NH out of the failed common core standards and top down control of our education. Our childrens' futures are far too important for dumbed down standards. Our children deserve better.

Common core has proven itself a disaster nationwide which is why more and more states are getting rid of it. NH should follow suit.

Get rid of it!!!!! Give control back to the States and local municipalities.

STRONGLY am against Common Core along with all these ridiculous, non educational, no achievement measurement assessment testing that not only ask our children completely non subject related questions that should be illegal to ask our children due to privacy violations, but also for the simple fact that children should NEVER be asked any non academic related questions without a parent or legal guardian present. Our police department can't even legally ask our children (MINORS!) these things without our consent, so how is this legal to do through our school systems?! With 8yr olds?! If I wanted my children studied for attitudes and behavior, belief's and virtues, I wouldn't have it done through government resources! I also wouldn't be having it entered ONLINE. There are so many other horrible things going on with this entire Common Core system. Its wrong for our kids. Its wrong for our teachers. It doesn't encourage or result in our children being intelligent. After my children informed me about the invasive questions they were asked, and all the time spent in class not only taking these tests, but studying and prepping and practice testing for them... ITS INSANE the amount of time WASTED that could and SHOULD be used on education for our kids. Know the difference between what an assessment is, and what achievement testing is. One studies human behavior. the other tells you what they have learned. Classroom tests, grades, teacher evaluations...Those all can tell you this. Not these assessments.

Common Core is psychological child abuse and needs to be ended.

Please remove common core from NH schools.
