This would be amazing for the children as we have no swimming pool there now only the lido. This would attract more people to go to the park if there was a water park there too. I really hope this happens. Xx

Great idea . Also drinking fountains as the cafe is expensive .

I'm all in favor of this. The old paddling pool should never have been removed.

opening a new pool for children and the young at heart i habe only been to ponty lido 1 time and it eas cold and boaring the kids deserve a pool to enjoy with family an friends and a good day out like i used to have fun so please open a new splash pool for family of all ages .

never should have got rid of the outdoor pool...enough room to have kept the pool and done a park..so a splash park aint as good as the pool but somethiung for the kiddies..as lido u need 1 adult per child for certain ages..

Should NEVER have removed pAddling pool!...the picnics on the grass etc...thousands used it and used the shops...we needed that now!

Definitely need a water feature like Victoria park Cardiff or Merthyr. Can be put behind swimming pool

Should never have taken the pool away listen to the people for once.a splash park would be lovely for the children not everyone can get in the lido.

Pontypridd needs a swimming pool we can pop to at short notice as great as the lido is there isn't the flexibility we need. spent many days at the paddling pool she I and my children were growing up

I really think pontypridd needs to bring back a children's padling pool against was such a draw to get people to the park.

Pontypridd’s park is one of the towns greatest assets - probably essential to the towns survival - it needs this more than it needs a second £1m foot bridge!
