Officials should be more considerate and have some sympathy towards the traders. For some traders, this will be their only source of income over time and request for relocation is reducing the demand and the traders are losing their regular customers. It's unfair for the traders to be asked to leave within short period of notice. Will be good if the officials could be compensate the traders, if the relocation needs to take place.

Thr city hall authorities duty is to ensure the residents in the city live harmoniously n are able to go about earning a decent living without any prejudice or malice. This is how you can achieve a liveable city .
