I think it is much better for them to have clubs rather than leader boards because it is less of a competition and more just people all wanting to learn the same thing and helping each other with it.

Please keep clubs! We are able to communicate and encourage each other. Leaderboards sounds so impersonal.

The clubs social aspect is unique and helps learning collectively. I really feel less motivated to learn with some of the recent changes.

Clubs are helping to keep us motivated and to keep up our daily learning. I don't think it is a good Idea to end them.
