I used to rent out my property for shoots weekly and that extra money helped with bills. The production companies just went to NY instead. Needs to change.
THINK ABOUT THE LOCAL BUSINESSES. Catering, hotels, construction. We are all losing out to neighbors states because our reps dont get it.
My crew has been sitting on our hands for months now. We used to be busy all the time in state but now there is nothing. Bring the work back to CT.
lost my job as a grip because everything moved. hate having to drive to boston just to find a day of work.
Its hurting the small vendors the most. We rely on those productions for steady income during the slow seasons.

since you took away the tax credits in Ct I lost about 75% of my work in Ct.Which means I don't buy parts or gas and other things for the picture cars I supply to the productions. I don,t get tax credits on my spending.I also don't hire anyone to repair or transport these cars. Please restore these tax credits
