I am a 13 year resident and owner in St. Louis Village and I oppose the MoJax Development. I have attended both meetings and we have proposed alternatives - MOJAX turned down an offer to purchase...they committed at the last meeting to meet again to discuss land conservation and TDR. We would like to see them honor their commitment and seriously consider alternatives to the development in St. Louis Village. By going through with the development, it could raise land values which in turn raises taxes and would adversely affect a number of long-term residents on fixed incomes. We NEED and WANT this STOPPED!
