It would be a travesty for this development to happen in this old country town. The % of development in Loudoun County is shocking and needs to stop.

The value of these homes to anyone will be appreciably less when there is less and less water available and people find themselves having to drill new wells every few years. Not good for the current residents or the prospective ones.
