This proposal and the Banbury Cross proposal east of Middleburg are completely inappropriate for rural western Loudoun. Both of them have unproven water supplies and severely impact rural roads. Each home brings MULTIPLE car trips! Oppose both developments or watch our countryside be destroyed.

Very much opposed to a guy who keeps doing this with no permitting etc. The country needs to do something, and quickly.

St. Louis, VA is simply not the place for this development. A historic and environmental disaster.

As this is a by right application it will not come before the Loudoun BOS for a vote. My concerns...this development can negatively impact the water yields of existing wells and increase land values of existing homes in St Louis.

Thirty homes is 30 too many. To build on this land is disgraceful and insensitive. It is a reflection of our current culture. This area cannot handle 60 new cars to add to already crowded roads. No! Leave history alone. Why not celebrate and educate people about this area instead of slapping up cookie cutter homes.

Please don't disturb the sacred grounds and peaceful historic land of St. Louis with this kind of development. Loudoun offers far more appropriate space for track homes. We will not let this proposal come to fruition.
