please help stop the closure of isle of man children center CARE HOMES and save 100s of jobs

This is so wrong & should not be happening.. Terrible news just before christmas. How those poor childrens lives will be affected. Uprooted, booted out when they finally had some stability, a home, family. Please sign people!

I despise what you's are going to do I was in millbrook (care home) for 6years if it wasn't for the staffs help for putting a roof over my head and helping me with everything I wouldn't of had the courage what I have today I was bullied at school and everything now I have been able to put it behind me because the staff helped me and when I was seriously ill with cancer they helped look after me so please don't take that away from other children because if you do children that are homeless or need help won't get the support they need!!if it wasn't for the millbrook staff I wouldn't be how I am or where I am now so please everyone sign the petition please because all these kids need support and help thanks for reading this and I hope to god it's helped opening the eyes of the idiots that think it's a good thing to do because ITS not!!

please keep these homes open for these people as I am sure they dont know any other life Bless them. Also what about the staff? The permits were stopped and then they do something like this when there is next to no work left!! what the hell . Is it even Legal ? ?

One uk led and one Manx - one with many years of experience of dealing with our island children and one which is ultimately led bymanagers in the uk. I prey I will never need the help of either but should I have a choice I know which one I would feel most confident with. Why can't we look after our Manx businesses? It would be extremely interesting g to find out the reasons one was given the contract rather than the other.

my grandson lives in one of these homes very unsettling for him and all the other children please save this caring staff

As a previous employer of the IOMCC care homes I am both saddened and angry by this news!! My heart goes out to all the children and staff who are loosing their homes and their jobs particularly at this time if year...

£2.4 million pounds is being 'lent' to uk service at our expense! As a Manx taxpayer I don't think this is acceptable especially at our children's expense. We can stop this! It's time our money stayed on Island, it's time our money was spent on our Island, it's time that we put our children first!
