I am signing and sharing this petition. It's not fair that a mistake was made by a county official and now they want to shut you down after 7 years! It's a mistake made by the county, that needs to be made right, by the county!

My family comes up from Milford Virginia and we love Dixie Joe's . The food is so good and they treat you like family. I feel it would be a great loss for everyone if there made to shut down.

The county already gave them a permit leave them alone and let them run their honest hard-working business. They have worked and come this far for one or two neighbors to be jealous and wants them shut down. Let them stay open.

You can't just give someone permission to do business and then take away their livelihood. Or is Spotsylvania no longer in the United States?

This small family owned business has employed me the past few summers. As a full time college student away from home, I have utility bills to pay and food to buy. I can not express how thankful and how dependent I have been on this job to provide me with the money I need to get me through the school year. It has allowed me to concentrate on my studies without worry of needing to pick up another job during the year!!!

Dixie Joes has been a great small business for this part of the county . They have given back to the community. They have gone about everything through the proper channels. They also have the best seafood around. To be in business 7 years at this location of their home and now possibly have to change that may cause them to lose their livelihood and all they’ve put into it. It’s not fair. Let them stay in their current location and operate their seasonal business.

Please allow this wonderful business to stay in it's current location. They are our favorite place for seafood. They have a very convenient location for us and we would be devastated if they were forced to shut down. They have made a great little business and deserve to be left alone to continue that business.
