First of all, im forever grateful for you and taking the time for this matter hoping for a positive answer. to all who have kids, you know they become not part but your whole life and the reason of your existence.
My name is maria isabel moya and i arrived in january 1994 to the US for the first time in a family vacation were we took a cruise Florida.
Shortly after in december we returned again to Florida but this time after having my father murdered in front of us and attemps to do the same the rest of the family. We tried to adjust for months but later we returned to Colombia and in 1998 with many kidnap attemps to my Mother and us. we had to settle back in the US and stay for good.
After finishing high school and working as housekeeping to help out, I met my exhusband in 2004 and moved in together against his familys wishes because of my nationality. By 2007 we had 2 children Jacob 2 yrs and Matthew newly born. After receiving a deportation order late 2007 my life spiraled down. with a baby of months and a toddler it was horrible to go to a country i hardly knew and didnt have good memories of.
It has been 6 years since my deportation and the time i saw my children for the last time.
This february of 2015 was finalized my divorce giving the custody of my children to their father. All the proofs against me In court were without a real chance to defend myself fairly.Because of the distance, the financial resources and without even an interpreter to help me better understand clearly what was being said in court, since it was telephone I didnt have many things clear.
I would never have my baby Boys back but i want to be their Mother and get the time to reconnect
With my now 9 and 7 year old and for them to meet with their siblings.
This has affected many people and there has been great emotional and psychological damage to my babies specially but it has been caused by the sudden chnge in their lives of having their Mother taken away without knowing why and hearing diferent confusing stories about her.
I tried to explain in a brief message there are a lot more details to this. Feel free to ask me anything that you think is relevant.
Thank you!

"The greatest gift we can give to our children is to raise them in a culture of peace." -- Louise Diamond.... SUCH A SHAME THEIR FATHER ISN'T ALLOWING THEM TO LIVE AT PEACE WITH THEIR MOTHER!
Thank you Luis, kids should be able to have a family I never objected for his father and his family to be involved in their lives repecting the family bond i was raised with. Despite adults problems they sould have both role models to have a healthy childhood.
