I am resident of Crabapple Falls. The lots being requested are as small as 7,500 square feet. Keep this agricultural.

Stop bringing more people in our area. It's already bad enough with the construction and traffic!

Stop building! Traffic is awful, schools are crowded, and we moved here for the small town feel!

I oppose the proposed rezoning and high density housing on Earney Road.

We bought a house here because the traffic was not bad and it is a private community.

NO to rezoning and we don't need that much traffic added to Earney and surrounding roads.

This is the place where I grew up and I want to be able to recognize it 20 years from now. They're too many neighborhoods already going up that Earney Rd doesn't need any. There is no need to rezone!!

Utterly ridiculous! There are plenty of new neighborhoods within a 5 mile radius of Earney Road. I will not sit by quietly, and watch my neighborhood be destroyed by a bunch on nasty cluster homes!!

You created a land use plan years ago that we all had input in. Why are you not sticking to it? This road see enough traffic already as sonmany use it as a cut through to Bagesville Rd in the morning and evening. We declined sidewalks years ago. because you said there was not going to. E any new significant developments on this road. We trusted you, and now I expect you to hold true to your original plan. Eric Hill

Do do not rezone! There are traffic issues already, and too many new subdivisions are already being started. 140 is already a nightmare.

I have been a resident of Cherokee County for 34 years. It would be great to be proactive and handle the current traffic situation we have BEFORE we zone for more homes.

I live in the Hill Crest subdivision off of Earney road. This tiny road already has heavy traffic, huge trucks, and enough homes built off of it. Stop the development now!
