Driving in to quesnel I love coming down the hill to see the gold pan, and people from out of town remember Quesnel and barkerville because of this and the location

The location of the pan right now is the best location! There is always people there in the summer and it's the gateway to Barkerville! It makes sense to leave it there!

Like erasing history. Large majority of residents feel this is the Gold Pan City, with no attachment to It's in Our Nature. Could at least combine the two sayings as it's been suggested, preserves our history and supports our future. SO MANY other things that need attention and funding, this does not.

Leave the gold pan where it is. The people on the train see it going both directions. It does not need to block the station parking. And view of our beautiful station. Listen to the people leave the gold pan. It is not in the way there.

It is the Gateway to Quesnel and Barkerville. It looks better where it is. The people on the train will/can only see it twice and week and that's only when/if the train is running.

The Quesnel gold pan on hwy 97N has been in it's place since before I was born. I dont feel that it is necessary to move it or worth the cost when our community has SO MANY larger problems that need attention. The community is content and enjoys the gold pan where it is, so leave it alone!

I wish the city would have announcements on when city hall meetings are. An agenda of the meeting would go a long way too for people concerned with certain issues. Then maybe we could have went and voted no to this in person

Leave this one where it is, if you feel you need another downtown, great, you need a welcome sign for those arriving from the south, I suggest by the information center.

Leave it where it is. It doesn’t make sense to move it. It’s location is good where it’s at. There are a lot more things that the money could be spent on.
