We live in Lansdowne Community at 819 Aldenham Court. Please DO NOT ALLOW this rezoning to R-60. This will take away from all the beauty of all neighborhood on Moore Road not to mention house prices, separation of house and woods between them that make this suck an amazing street to live on. Please before making this decision please drive down Moore road and the subdivisions on it and look at the houses, size of lots and the trees that separate the homes adding a little private that we all are looking for and why we moved here.
