As a resident of Gwinnett County for 20 years, I worry about a change from current zoning along Moore Road from R-100 to R-60. This change represents a 50% reduction in lot size, and the ability to build homes 70% the size of current minimums. I have seen the affect this type of zoning change has had on other towns and school systems within Gwinnett. It is precisely the reason my family moved from Duluth to Suwanee, and into the North Gwinnett/Level Creek school cluster. While growth and economic expansion are valid concerns, so is blight, and decrease in current property values - values which are only now beginning to rebund from the recent financial crisis.

I live off Moore Road in Lansdowne. The traffic is already heavy along with this road without adding more vehicles. I vote against this request.

Please retain the R100 zoning. This is consistent with Moore Road subdivisions.
