I live at 4482 Fairecroft Terrace in a subdivision right off Moore Road. Please do NOT change the zoning for this proposed development.

I live at 4482 Fairecroft Terrace, Suwanee, GA off Moore Road. I am pleading that you deny this zoning change. 20 homes on less than 7 acres is simply too many homes crammed into a small space. Traffic has already been significantly congested on Moore Road with the addition of the River Club and a new development just past Settles Bridge. Please keep the zoning as it is.
