Hello and Thanks for giving us the time to address our petition. Our family have reside on Moore Rd since 1996 at the Ascot Subdivision, 144 Rugby Dr., Suwanee GA 30024. When we purchased the home from the Bowen Builders Group back then, their big selling talk to us was the fact that all around our comunity was zoned R-100, which protected us from anyone building homes with smaller lots and specially cluster homes. I find it very disturbing and even deceiving that the same builder who sold us our home using the R-100 zoning as a major advantage to buying at Ascot has filed for lowering the Rezoning of the area to R-60. Please help us stop this request, since we bought our property with the thought that we would be protected from peple building smaller lot and potential lower income homes, which could jeopardize the value of our property.
