Dartmouth Management Company continues to ignore our basic requests while our property standards slide into the gutter. I am tired of the excuses from the Trustees and I am done waiting for them to act on our behalf.

Please prioritize evaluating Dartmouth’s performance as our management company and should you propose another company based on facts/data, this petition is to reassure you that we homeowners will support your decision and will not put the trustees in a compromised position if in the hindsight, the decision does not yield the desired results

the communication is so bad. nothing gets fixed around here and they just ignore every email i send.
Darthmouth has been awful for the property value. Get rid of them ASAP.
They are never around when we need them. Time for a change.

PLEASE find someone else. Literally anyone else would be an improvement at this point.
