This area needs a neighborhood grocery store now. A bigger complex is probably not viable now but a grocery store is a great way to get customers used to shopping there if the neighborhood wants other retail opportunities added later. I really hate to see that empty lot there.

Everytime I pass that spot on Center Street in Provo, I realize the need for a grocery store on the West side of Provo and everyone I talk to here on West side agree with me. In the decade since Smith's bought the property, many new homes have been built in the area and we are in great need of a grocery store.

A neighborhood market would be a real asset to the West side! There is new building going on all over that side of Provo. Smith's is one of our favorite stores.

I didn't need a Dollar Store, but would really like to see a grocery store. I like Smith's and would definately take my business there.

We lived in that neighborhood for many years! There are many families that would greatly benefit from such an addition. It would boost the neigborhood, it's surroundings, and be a beloved "hub" of community and family. Please consider the possibilities :)
