Plea from Amrapali Zodiac members for completion and handover of long delayed appartment

I also willing to sign and protest against the high headedness of Amrapali in handing over my booked flat no : A-1001

I am signing this petition because Builder is not ready my flat.

I am also signing for my flat N-706. I had booked my flat in Dec 2009 and the possession date was March 2012; final demand all inclusive was paid in Dec. 2014 and still no sign of getting my flat. Till 21.06.2015, Till date only wiring work and civil repair has been done. Every week I am personally going to site and meeting site incharge etc. and I have been told that they do not have tiles, slab for kitchen counter, UPVC material, material for modular kitchen etc. and god knows when they will get the material and finishing work will be completed. Despite making more than 100% payment, there is no sign of early possession. Even these people are not making payment of penalty amount, as agreed upon in BBA. No reason is given for non payment of penalty amount. I have dropped emails to Amrapali Management but there is no response.

This is really frustrating that the possession which was to be handed over in 24 months, is nowhere even after 48 months. We demand immediate possession and appropriate penalty for delay

Possession date of my Flat R1001 was March, 2012. its been delayed by over 39 months and no heed by Amrapali Management regarding penalty and handing over of my Flat.

Builder is not taking this project seriously. So many people are waiting for getting their apartment possession. I have gone though the pain and could see that their is no end to others pain. Shame on Amrapali Management for lying to us for so many years.

I am also sigining for my Flat B-1405.which I booked around Oct 2012 with possession date as 31st Dec 2013.

It is high time that we take a stand against Amrapali and demand appropriate penalty for delay in possession.

I booked my flat in Jan 2013 with a promise that I will get possession in July 2013. However even after 2.5 years I have not got the possession and still I see no chance of getting possession in next one year after seeing the pace with which the Amrapali is doing the construction. Its becoming very hard to pay EMI as well as Rent at the same time. Also Amrapali is denying any penalty amount.

I agree with Chandanji. Lets file a case in consumer forum as soon as possible. We need to be serious on this else they will continue delaying for many years.

I am badly disappointed with Amrapali. Possessions delayed shows failure of entire Amrapali Management.

Booked the flat in Jan 2010, no signs of project completion the delivered flats are shoddy and half cooked. builder is not at all serious in completion of the flats and get the registry done

Lets file a case in consumer forum without any delay.

I am also signing this petition as its been 5 years now that Amrapali has not given the possession which was promised in March,2012. I had booked this flat in R Tower (R1204A) in Jan 2010. Still looking at the current situation, I am very sure that builder cannot give the possession in near future (2-3 years). I am forced to pay heavy rent as I have no other means to live.

Till 21.05.2015, my flat was being used as a store of a contractor. After lot of chasing I got my flat vacated. Till date only wiring work and civil repair has been done.
