No developer should be allowed to make a change to a plat restriction after it has been approved. If this proposal had been in the orignal proposal, there is a strong likelihood this builder would not have been given the award.

We object to the counsel changing the restrictions that other builders have complied to and would feel that the change would adversely affect our property values .

I have never seen a Ball Home that is built to the standards of pur community. They are never all brick. They cram them in so close that you can shake hands withe their neighbor through a window. The quality just isn't there and it would drop our condo values.

I am on a fixed income and have worked for a long time to purchase my home. I moved here from Fayette Co. because the property standards were in place for this part of our community. PLEASE leave the restriction as is ( for all of us who took this very seriously when we decided to build in Jessamine Co.)!!!!

As a licensed Realtor in the State of Kentucky, I support this petition with the knowledge that the 25% brick exception proposal will lower the value of properties adjacent to and surrounding the Ball Home subdivision.

Please leave the original restrictions "as is". The major reason we moved to Jessamine Co. is to live in an upgraded neighborhood. Ball Homes will not develop the community we want too live in. We will seriously consider moving out of the county before Ball lowers the quality.

Please leave the restrictions as they are. Homeowners in this area purchased our home with the idea that this neighborhood would remain an upscaled area. Lowering these restrictions will change that in the long term.

Zoning regulation are important to protect the area. Those that vote I feel need to think how they would feel if they had a home in this area.

This makes me physically sick to learn that Ball Homes, such a well respected family owned company, would consider not honoring such an important restriction that would adversely impact so many lives. It seems unethical and so counter to what I've always believed about their values.

Please abide by the current restriction on this land. We want new construction but want QUALITY construction, which means 75% brick outside.

The original restrictions should be upheld! We bought in this area because of the quality and value of the homes. Allowing changes to the restrictions will impact our property values.

I agree with the above comments. Ball Homes should build homes that do not compromise the value of the existing homes.

If Ball homes want to develop houses on land that requires 75% brick, then they should be required to build 75% brick homes. They have plenty of other developments they can build 25% brick homes on.
