Rob Ford is trying to botch many green initiatives that have been implemented in Toronto. We feel that the 5 cent plastic bag fee is necessary and should remain a by-law in Toronto. We feel that the 5 cent fee creates some awareness about the amount of trash plastic bags create. We feel that it discourages people from over consuming plastic bags in the city of Toronto. Keep the five cent plastic bag green initiative.
