Our mission is to try to end this cycle of waste by getting restaurants in the City of Boulder to switch from plastic to-go containers to compostable versions, or encouraging customers to bring their own.

boulder is supposed to be green but walk behind any restaurant on pearl and its just mountains of plastic trash. about time we actually do something about it
