We still don't know how long plastic will stay in our landfills. Especially when covered by the other wastes, hidden from the sun.

Our mission is to try to end this cycle of waste by getting restaurants in the City of Boulder to switch from plastic to-go containers to compostable versions, or encouraging customers to bring their own.
