This conversion is in effect putting 2 separate dwellings on a site originally designed for one and is completely out of character for a quiet residential road. I would also echo concerns about possible parking problems.

I am against all the planning applications for this property. This is a quiet residential street of traditional properties. The planning application to convert this property into 2 separate properties are not in keeping with the current accommodation within this pleasant road. It will also impact on the already difficult parking problems and dramatically affect the light to the neighbours houses and gardens immediately surrounding this property.

I strongly recommend that the council visit the site and check out what is being done against the proposed plans.

The conversion currently being built is totally out of character with the rest of the road and does not resemble the plan. It reaches to the bottom of the garden

The building currently being built does not appear in any way to resemble the plan on the planning application

I live at no 18 Selwood Road
I am against the planning application to convert the existing house to 2 dwellings as this will not be in keeping with the rest of Selwood Road. Also the possibility of extra vehicles will add to the already bad parking situation as there is only provision for 1 vehicle.

I am against the application of converting no. 21 Selwood Road to 2 dwellings - the proposed conversion will make the building totally out of character with the rest of the road. Why build such an ugly development in a traditional, quiet residential road? The plans should be refused or revised immediately. The ugly "monstrosity" in the garden spoils the light and enjoyment for all other houses surrounding it. I can't believe this has been allowed! I think someone from the Council should visit this building.

I am against the application of converting no 23 Selwood Road to 2 dwellings.
This would be out of character with the rest of the road. Also the parking on the road would also be affected in a negative way.

Agree entirely as totally out of character for the road and not clear from plans that the creation of 2 dwellings is intended.
