This is ABSOLUTELY ABUSE & NEGLECT & TORTURE & MUST BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY!!! YOU SHOULD NEVER "PUT DOWN "euthanize or "MURDER" whatever name you wanna call it .. HEALTHY cats, dogs, puppies, and kittens never ever‼️

You need to put out the word on how many animals are in your shelter to draw more people in to give them a Furever home! and get donations for food from people while you KEEP THEM ALIVE and find new homes! STOP the killing....

I support doing everything possible to avoid killing any dogs and cats. Most of the dogs I have had are rescue dogs.

The Culpeper Animal Shelter should actively recruit as many volunteer shelter helpers to help walk and socialize with the animals as well as recruit active foster homes for as many of these animals as possible while they are awaiting adoption.

Never had this problem when Loretta Clatterbuck was there!! We are now a Kill shelter!! OMG disturbing and unbelievable!!
