These animals deserve a better shot at life and it’s our responsibility to give them that opportunity. Stop being lazy and actually do your job instead of taking the easy way out and euthanizing these innocent animals.

My husband and I volunteered at this shelter for 3 years while my mom, Evelyn Mullins, was employeed at the shelter. We volunteered every Sunday and helped clean the dog and cat kennels and walked and played with the dogs. My mom and Loretta Clatterbuck took excellent care of these animals and showed them so much compassion. It saddens me knowing that the animals are now neglected. There’s 2 things in this world that are purely innocent: animals and children and it’s OUR responsibility to show them the upmost compassion and care.

The requests in this petition do not seem unreasonable. Please direct the necessary funding and resources to implement these changes. I’m sure all current staff are doing the best they can with available resources, with additional support they can do even more.
