Northern Beaches Council please rule out rezoning C4 land to residential, apply conservation zones where any significant environmental values or any hazards to these are present and create a Scenic Foreshore

'Conservation zones' are zones to be conserved. It should be simple to understand.

It's not Council, it's the NSW state government, which values developers' dollars over the environment ... we have a chance to kick them out next March

The beauty of Pittwater is the green bush environment. It needs to be protected properly.

This is an extremely retrograde idea that will affect the wildlife and the population who live here because they value trees and greenery

Please stop destroying our lovely area with overpopulation and reductions to animal habitats. We live in Pittwater because of it's beauty. The council only thinks of money - very disappointing - we will vote differently next time.

Once we go down the path of allowing further development in Pittwater, there’s no turning back. We’re custodians of a limited resource, we should be doing our best to maintain the little bush land we have left, not decimating. Council should look to the views of the residents rather than the views of developers, we’re your constituents after all

We must keep our conservation zones for the future of our local community and our children
