Lee are in danger of losing what makes our area so special if we downgrade the environmental rules on blocks of land. Tree canopy will vanish faster, and it’s already in danger. Stop now, once lost it will be gone forever.

I disagree with the proposed changes to rezoning Conservation land to residential land in Pittwater, NSW.

We MUST consider the environment that future generations will inherit. These proposals would have a deadly and permanent impact on the already depauperate local biodiversity.

Lived here 50 years. The natural beauty of this unique environment is being slowly and surely being decimated by overdevelopment without important infrastructure. Roads, schools, and ONE hospital (some 25 kilometres away)are all at breaking point with unsustainable and radical over population of the area. Wildlife hugely impacted as well. Please please please reconsider these dire re-zoning plans. Our unique Pittwater will be gone forever.

The criteria for assessing changing from conservation to residential must be changed to ensure that conservation of the environment is the priority. I do not support urbanisation at the expense of the environment.

keep the existing zoning. There is no real reason to change except to squeeze more houses in

Conservation should always take priority over urbanisation and development. The criteria must be changed to better reflect the impact of development on the whole area, not just on an individual basis.

Stop with the destruction of our beautfiul environment in favor of money grabbing developers. Once this is done, there's no turning back. You are further losing the confidence of your own community by suggesting the rezoning that will destroy our unique environment. Ive said it so many times - who's side are you on?

We are already seeing a speeding up of inappropriate development, and loss of tree cover, and habitat. I shudder to think what Pittwater will look like in 10 years if these proposed re-zonings go ahead. Say NO.
