I am architect who does a lot of development, the kind i think might ruin the nature of pioneertown if bumpers are bot in place. Please create the framework for this.

My family and I enjoy Pioneertown 2-3 times a year and have fallen in love with this quaint town and all of the traditional vistas. Please preserve the history of this location as you consider expansion.

Pioneertown is a unique community in a very unique micro climate with specific environmental needs. As such it requires zoning and long term planning sensitive to these qualities.

The paving of Mane St. in Pioneertown, CA is the most obsurd idea. #1There isn't enough tax dollars to maintain it. #2 It is an Historical site. Why change it? Leave it alone! Find somewhere else to throw money away.

While not a resident of the immediate area, I greatly appreciate the uniqueness and historical value that the current Mane Street brings to the area. I would like to see it preserved, not just become a place of boutiques and casual restaurants.
