The historic overlay proposal is what the Pioneertown community wants. It makes sense, It preserves the historic nature of Mane St. It should be adopted.

Pioneer is a bit of history which if not preserved will be lost

The preservation of pioneertown is important to uphold the unique history of our state and country. Pioneertown attracts people from across the world as it currently stands. Not would it affect the locals, but the failure to preserve the historical downtown and community, would result in a major loss for travelers and visitors from all over.
