There is nothing in the history of cinema or the American West and it’s a Big Rock Candy Mountain fascination that can replace Mane Street in Pioneer town. Keep it just the way it is.

Please adopt the Pioneertown Mane Street historic overlay. It is a unique place and needs to be protected.

I used to live in Palm Desert and went to Pappy’s a lot. So I went there last Feb. things have changed but not for the better. Protect This blessed area.

Leave Pioneertown alone!

I have fortunately been spending time in the area since I bought some property in the mid-70s and Pioneertown is one of the reasons I visit many times a year, please be wise, let it be, let it be

Pioneertown is special. Many unique areas fall victim to the same fate - they develop unique and compelling character, people flock to experience the magic, the alchemy is then destroyed by reckless over-development. I am a tourist there, and I would be devastated if tourism caused irreparable damage to the spirit of Pioneertown. Please don't let the same thing happen to Pioneertown and Yucca Valley.

We enjoy Mane Street at least once a week. The shops, the saloons, the music, the Chuckwagon, the views. All of it are special

Please help protect and maintain pioneertown thank you, The fosters.
