This is an institution and a mecca for those of us no longer in the area! I ALWAYS make a trip out here every time I'm down south anymore. Please consider the preservation of this unique place.

It would be a travisty to erase the history of Pioneertown for the greed of those without understanding of it's importance. As a destination it would whither and die otherwise.
