I’ve lived in Yucca 43 years. I moved here to get away from the huddle and bustle of city life. This petition needs to include Yucca Valley. Our town is invaded by Airbnbs, unnecessary infrastructure, traffic, loud traffic noise, uncontrolled parties, pedestrians

We need to preserve Pi Town to stay how it is!

Let’s not ruin Pioneertown because some investment firm thinks they can reproduce Coachella Festival. It’s been done, so don’t water done the market and ruin Pioneertown at the same time.

Please allow residents and stakeholders to determine their own progress. Outside commercial interests and planners far removed should not control the debate. Communities are perfectly positioned to understand how to best grow their land and their future,
