Please do not over-develop pioneer town or any part of the beautiful high-desert. It has limited natural resources (water/sewer) and I one of the few places left in CA where residents and tourists can experience the wide open views, amazing skies and feel the sand underneath their feet.

Development in Yucca Valley and Joshua Tree is out of control. Leave Pioneertown as it is before it gets ruined.

Dear SBC Board of Supervisors - please do all you can to preserve and protect Pioneer Town according to its original founders historical intention, presentation and value. Please do not allow it to become developed beyond its original design, rather please just protect and restore with regard to safety and weathering. Thank you very much!

Come on, this is a no brainer! Why would the county even consider threatening such a piece of history and vibrant community and tourist spot! Get on board, SBC, let’s keep Pioneertown intact for decades to come.

Save historic Pioneertown from big development. It is charming without big-box shopping, same-style housing and/or apartment or condominium structures.

The character of Pioneertown needs to be preserved and protected. I've met people from all over the world there who come to visit because they want to go back into the "Old West." This is a unique and special experience because it is also connected with the historic film industry, nearby to urban areas, and surrounded by pristine nature preserve. Pioneertown deserves codes that appropriately reflect it's historic and cultural importance.

I wholly support that San Bernardino County approves the necessary specific zoning regulations.

I support this petition and hope we can maintain the integrity of town as it is. No franchises and no big box stores!

We live in Palm Desert and greatly value the style of Pioneer Town. Please listen to the residents!!!
