As a visitor to Pioneertown, I ask the San Bernardino Board of Supervisors to follow the guidance of this petition and allow it to remain a unique place for residents and visitors, with future development compatible with the surrounding community. We want to keep enjoying this special place. Thank you.

The proposed zone change will negatively and irrevocably change a historic town. Something needs to be done that supports the historic designation. The zone change is not the answer.

Please protect and preserve the unique and historic Mane Street Pioneertown from franchise chains and construction by zoning regulations that clearly ensure protections on small dirt roads, wildlife and native plants, small businesses and historic buildings commensurate with the historic designation bestowed upon the area in 2020.

The smart move is to protect the historic charm and uniqueness of Pi Town. This is the path to economic success.
