CLEAN UP OUR CEMETARY. We have paid for maintenance and it shouldn't take but one or 2 people to keep it up. Next step is Picketing!

Complaints fall on deaf uncaring ears. We have used our own fire ant killer, had to dig the dirt out of the flower vase holder so it would fit back down. This sure isn't the place it was when my grandparents bought all our plots there. It is an awful shame.

We pay way too much money for this place to look like a dump. Please use the 13,000 plus you get off of each person and fix this place!

I am very disappointed in the way the grounds have been kept...unkept is more like it. It is disrespectful to all buried there and to all who go to see their loved ones. I have several family members their and it is offensive to me. Something should be done about the lack of care to the grounds...fix what needs fixing, keep the trash emptied, keep the grass cut and get rid of the red ants. I can not comprehend how anyone can think this is ok. People have paid a lot of money over the years and there should be enough for the upkeep, if the funds were handled correctly.

Cemetery is in bad shape! Roads have many pot holes, grass always needs cutting, trash cans are full, many fire ant hills, fallen trees are still present from Hurricane Matthew. So sad to see this when at one time it was a beautiful place to lay to rest your loved ones!

We have kept up our two children's plots since they were buried 7/6/10 including but not limited to weed eating grass around head stones, cutting grass on plots, removing blown debris after storms, and treating fire ants. We have done the same for my father and grandparents' graves. Any dealings with the Pinelawn personnel in the Kinston office has been unprofessional, rude, and insensitive. They have neglected the grounds and the families of loved ones buried at Pinelawn for too many years with no support from the regional office. I know there have been several regional managers hired to "fix the problems at Pinelawn", as each new regional manager said over the past several years. The problem lies in the office in Kinston and the ones supposedly responsible for maintenance and ground keeping there.

I have been visiting Pinelawn for years as I have many family members buried there. The road, grass, flags, statues etc. are problems that have been evident for MANY years.... it's no wonder that they are begging for business by putting signs at the entrances to the cemetery advertising two for one plots! If I have anything to do with it, no more plots will be purchased for anymore of my loved ones to be buried there!
