They need to clean it up. It is disgusting. They are getting paid to keep it clean. They need to do their job and if they can't then fire them and hire people that want a job

I wrote a letter and received the typical answer. Everything is always "in the works". Pinelawn quotes rainfall data. They also stated they had a state inspection in June with results of "no obvious issues". They also said they kept the Christmas flowers they remove and n March tagged and on location for a month so families can retrieve them. So that big pile they throw them in is where they are tagged and she b location? They pulled my flowers - not Christmas but all red and didn't mention anything about saving them. Can't believe anything from the cemetery commission or any sites that are owned by this company. There is no excuse!

Clean and maintain this cemetery in a manner to those and those families that have loved ones there, to keep these grounds in an ethical and respectful standard.

My family is there too. Want there grave to be mowed and clean they might be dead but they are in our hearts.

For some reason the vases and clips are constantly gone from my parents graves at a mausoleum. They are near the top so it would have to be removed using a ladder. I cannot celebrate any holidays with them because I have nowhere to place flowers. My mom's does not have case or vase clip on it now. It took 3 months to get my dad's back up a year ago after going multiple times a week 5o complain. It is a screw to put it up, for heavens sake. Pinelawn looks throwed away and ignored.
