This area needs to be protected as a vital green and quiet and safe space for local families to enjoy.

St Georges Square and the surrounding area needs to be protected. Its an amazing space which provides many positive benefits to local residents and visitors. Such a proposal would fundamentally change the area at a great loss.

This proposed bridge will really impair the work of Westminster Boat Base which is a superb charity that uses the river at Pimlico Gardens and the Gardens themselves in the holidays.

Total opposed to the proposal which will affect the tranquillity and safety of those living and working in the area.

I cannot see how the approach this bridge can be built without invading part of the square, and putting pedestrian lives at risk on the cycle super highway and road.

There are many other bridges in the area, all with cycle lanes. This is truly not needed.

Please retain the tranquility of St George's Square for our children and residents of Pimlico.

Lived in Pimlico for over 13 years and spent many a happy time in St George's Square. It should be preserved and not ruined like the rest of Victoria!!!!

Let us preserve a calm and safe public square for our children. The American embassy and the developments around that area can be served through existing bridges.

This proposal would negatively impact on the lives of the entire community of Pimlico. It is the only public green space available for hundreds of children who have no where else safe to play. No to the foot bridge!

St George's Square was designed and laid out as a quiet public green space for the residents of Pimlico. Pimlico has precious few public green spaces. St George's Square is vital to this community. It provides a safe outdoor recreational and social space at the heart of our neighbourhood. Making the square into a public thoroughfare would take this resource away from the community for which it was specially made and redistribute it to the denizens of Nine Elms. Enough! No bridge here!

This is a totally unnecessary bridge as we already have Chelsea and Vauxhall Bridges and is being built for the convenience of the new elite of Vauxhall not the residents of Pimlico.

Another bridge is not necessary....green spaces and family areas in Pimlico are.
